Dear Family
It was really nice seeing you all for Christmas you all look great. This last week went by so fast for me. I can’t believe its already new years. People here are going crazy. They celebrate New Year’s here for a week straight. Hope you all have a great New Year! We seem to be doing nothing for new years here. So I guess I will try to find some fun to celebrate.
Oh so this last week my old companion
Elder Arshakian took one of our old investigators and shaved him and cut his
hair and took him to a public shower. He got him all cleaned up. I wish I had a
before and after picture. He looks so different.
So I gave my first baptismal interview this last week. I was really nervous. Because It was my first interview and the man that I interviewed was handicap. But the elders teaching him felt he was ready to be baptized. He is a great guy. He was very understanding with the way I spoke, and he understood. And now he is a baptized member.
We went to Vanadzor and we spent the day there with Elder Harington. I served with him when I first got there. While I was there I saw some familiar faces. I saw Sergo. He looks great! He looks so healthy. Sergo is now the first counselor there.
